SLALOM was invited to speak at a workshop organized by Time.lex and the Spark legal network and consultancy ltd. and hosted by the European Commission. This workshop presented the results of a tender (2013/0039) - ‘Study on Standards terms and performance criteria in service level agreements for cloud computing services’.
Within the context of this tender, a model SLA for cloud services was drafted. This model SLA was based on several inputs including a stocktaking exercise in all Member States as to their current contracting rules and practices, and an earlier workshop in which cloud users were asked to present their concerns and challenges. SLALOM presented their take on this challenge and how the project intended to build on the results of this tender.
