SLALOM initiative wants to facilitate the path towards simpler Cloud SLA. Our team has gone through an initial phase in which we approached and gathered the feedback from involved stakeholders. We now want you to have your say! We are now starting a public consultation to improve our results on Cloud SLAs and Contracts.
Please join us next Monday October 19th 2015 at 14:00 CET, we are holding the webinar "SLALOM: Public consultation on proposed terms for Cloud Services Agreements" to share with you how our initiative can help you. We seek to provide clarity and reassurance to the market through establishing a baseline of fair and balanced provisions for cloud SLAs and cloud computing contracts overall. We are sharing the first version of SLALOM Service Level Agreement (SLA) reference model consisting of a Model Terms (Legal) + Model Specifications (Technical).
SLALOM has now published the first draft of a Master Cloud Service Agreement and Technical Specification and invites feedback from Cloud service users, Cloud service providers and institutions representing all sides of the debate in order to develop consensus around the key themes covered. The objective is not a one size fits all, but a trusted baseline of fair and balanced provisions which can be extended for specific industries or sectors. Join this session to learn more and find out how to participate.
